Il progetto PC4SCHOOL consente alle Scuole e/o Università che lo desiderino di mettersi in contatto con aziende locali per la fornitura da parte di quest’ultime di PC/Tablet alle Scuole ed agli studenti stessi.
Dopo essersi iscritte al portale tramite questo modulo Scuole ed Università potranno inserire le loro richieste in termini di PC/Tablet all’interno della sezione Cerco.
Le aziende, da parte loro, dope essersi registrate al Portale tramite questo modulo potranno inserire nella sezione Offro il numero e la configurazione di PC/Tablet che mettono a disposizione.
Indicheranno possibilmente, marca, modello, anno di produzione, dotazione HW e SW dei PC/Tablet che hanno a disposizione e che intendono donare.
In una prima fase, fintanto che tutte le scuole iscritte non avranno raggiunto una prima fornitura, il numero massimo di PC e tablet che possono essere richiesti da ciascuna scuola sarà di 30 (trenta) unità complessive.
La piattaforma in un immediato futuro, contribuirà anche allo scambio e alla condivisione di progetti tra le scuole di vario ordine e grado sia nazionali che internazionali.
La consegna dei Tablet e dei PC alle scuole ed i relativi costi di spedizione saranno a carico delle aziende iscritte, che potranno così risparmiare sui costi di magazzino e/o smaltimento, e anche pubblicizzare l’iniziativa a mezzo stampa e su web.
Il progetto va anche in un’ottica GREEN di salvaguardia dell’ambiente e di riciclo di materiali e metalli pesanti, potenzialmente tossici, contenuti all’interno dei PC e Tablet che potrebbero andare ad inquinare le falde acquifere.
Le scuole iscritte si impegnano a contattare via e-mail o telefonicamente promuovendo l’iniziativa ed invitando all’iscrizione al progetto, almeno 20 aziende, che hanno la sede entro un raggio di 50 km dalla ubicazione della scuola/università stessa, in modo da ridurre le emissioni in fase di spedizione (PC/Tablet a km zero).

PC4SCHOOL project allows schools and/or universities that wish to contact local companies for the supply of PC/Tablets to schools and students themselves.
After registering on the portal through this form, Schools and Universities can enter their requests in terms of PC/Tablets within the Search Section.
The companies, for their part, after registering on the Portal through this form will be able to enter the number and configuration of PC/Tablets that they make available in the Offer Section.
They will possibly indicate the brand, model, year of production, HW and SW equipment of the PC/Tablets they have available and intend to donate.
In a first phase, as long as all the schools enrolled have not reached a first supply, the maximum number of PCs and tablets that can be requested by each school will be 30 (thirty) in total.
In the immediate future, the platform will also contribute to the exchange and sharing of projects between schools of various levels both nationally and internationally.
The delivery of tablets and PCs to schools and the related shipping costs will be borne by the registered companies, who will thus be able to save on warehouse and/or disposal costs, and also advertise the initiative in the press and on the web.
The project also goes from a GREEN perspective of environmental protection and recycling of potentially toxic materials and heavy metals contained within PCs and Tablets that could go to pollute the aquifers.
The enrolled schools undertake to contact by e-mail or by telephone promoting the initiative and inviting at least 20 companies to enroll in the project, which have their headquarters within a radius of 50 km from the location of the school / university itself, so as to reduce emissions during shipping (zero-kilometer PC / Tablet).
